At Elegy Coffee, we want you to love every brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your item is non-perishable, such as a mug, apparel, or brewing gear, and remains in its original, unused packaging.

Contact Support

Email our team at hello@elegycoffee.com with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return or exchange.

Ship Your Item

Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them back to our roasting facility using the provided return label or a carrier of your choice.

Receive Refund

After we inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement exchange item within 5-7 business days.
